The Terrace Sportsplex boasts two indoor skating rinks and is home to local youth, adults, and masters hockey leagues. Offering public skate sessions and private rentals. The facility also includes the Sportsplex banquet room that hosts a variety of fitness classes year-round.
Sportsplex
With two sheets of ice, There are plenty of opportunities to join hockey, figure skating, ringette and more during the winter. Public Skating sessions, noon-hour hockey, Stick and Pucks and Parent and Tot skates are also offered. Catch a Riverkings hockey game or support a youth tournament. Banquet room and conference room rentals are available.

Fitness classes
With more than 20 different classes and times, there’s no shortage of fitness opportunities at the Terrace Sportsplex. Morning cardio and body weight classes, lunch-hour burn sessions and evening yoga classes are on the menu. Ask about senior rates for select classes or fitness memberships to buy.

Room rentals
The Sportsplex multipurpose room is popular for kids’ birthday parties, corporate meetings or other small gatherings. The Rich McDaniel room is an executive-style boardroom that has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Terrace and Sleeping Beauty Mountain. It’s equipped with a smartboard and projector for easy navigation.
The banquet room is popular with our weekly fitness classes, weekend weddings, conferences and local celebrations. With an easy-to-use sound system and a full kitchen, the Banquet Room can host upwards of 200 people.
Childcare options
The City of Terrace offers a variety of child care programs and special event classes and workshops for children. From summer camps and NID day activities to before and after school care.
