Every Saturday for the summer

Heritage Park Museum will offer guided meditation and mindfulness sessions every Saturday for the summer. Any level is welcome!

Meditation has a number of benefits to mental wellbeing, including managing stress, improving focus, reducing negative feelings, spiking creativity, and helping you become more self-aware. We want to provide a safe and inclusive space for the community to practice well-being.

When: Every Saturday, June through August
