Check-In, Warm-Up & Seeding
- Player sign-in
- Practice races on Beer Shoppe TV (practice only – not tournament)
- Main Hall screen warms up for tournament matches
- Controllers checked

All racers ready to start at 7:00 PM
6:00 – 9:30 PM:
Round 1 – 56 Players
- 56 players → 14 winners
- 14 rounds of 4 players

Top player from each round advances Format: One gameplay screen – matches run sequentially
Timing: ~12–14 minutes per round Total: ~3.5 hours
The Beer Shoppe TV remains open for practice & free-play only.
9:30 – 11:30 PM:
Round 2 – 14 Players
- 1 round with 4 players
- 2 rounds with 3 players Advancement Method: Top 4 total scorers (using standard MK8 GP points) move to the Finals
11:30 – 11:45 PM:
Final Round – 4 Players
- 1 Grand Prix
- Highest total points = Tournament Champion
