Terrace has a diverse range of biking trails to challenge riders of all abilities. With two mountain bike networks in the city, an in-town bike park and a growing offering of family-friendly rides, Terrace is a biking hub. Check out our stellar mountain bike trails in surrounding areas.

TORCA

The Terrace Off Road Cycling Association (TORCA) works to maintain and improve area trails, organizes work bees and events and is the go-to place for biking information.

Terrace Mountain & Steinhoe Ridge

Located right in the city of Terrace, you can access this amazing trails network through three trailheads. You can choose your own adventure: easy-peasy, flow or grueling, long burning grinds:

• Johnstone/Walsh entrance to Flathead (BLACK)
• Kitselas Road entrance to TW (BLUE)
• Spring Creek Road entrance to Steinhoe Ridge (GREEN/BLUE)

Copper Mountain Trails

This riding area offers an authentic “old school” shuttling downhill biking experience. This network offers the best of technical riding and a bit of new school flow. Be prepared for some roots, rocks and technical challenges. By your fourth lap, you’ll have all the good lines dialed.

Get your adrenaline on

The Terrace Motorcross outdoor track is a quick drive south on Hwy 37 just past the Terrace/Kitimat Regional Airport. Berms, jumps and table tops for the experienced riders and a novice/kids track as well. Check out  60km of world class single track through moss carpeted pine forest. Wed nights, Saturday & Sunday afternoons are the most popular riding days and all are welcome.Riders must be members.

The HUB trails

This trail network offers easy to access trails right from the pump track downtown. Offering 2.5 km of green/blue riding for the whole family, this network of trails is super easy to access right from downtown.
