Biking
Terrace has a diverse range of biking opportunities to challenge riders of any experience level. With two mountain bike networks within minutes from downtown, an in-town bike park and a growing offering of family-friendly rides, Terrace is a hotspot with something for everyone.

TMXA is a facility featuring an outdoor style motocross track and a novice/kids track near the Terrace Airport on Hwy 37 South. TMXA also features 60km of world class single track through moss carpeted pine forest. Wed nights, Saturday & Sunday afternoons are the most popular riding days and we welcome anyone out to watch for free. Riders must be members.
The HuB project will add a brand new recreation opportunity to the existing Terrace Mountain/Steinhoe Ridge trail network. Trail network advancements over the past ten years have developed mountain biking into one of the most popular recreational activities in Terrace. Our region has become a destination for world-class mountain bike tourism events, and having access to diverse mountain bike experiences turns many tourists into new residents. Continued development and improvement on the existing trail network with the HuB project has several benefits. As of Fall 2019, we are at 30% of our fundraising goal. You can now donate directly to the project to help us start breaking ground in Spring 2020.
