The City of Terrace is situated on the Skeena River and nestled in the Coast Mountains. As of 2010, Terrace and the surrounding region had a population of approximately 19,726 people, and a population density (persons per square km) of 1.4. The consumer base in Northwest BC has grown to an excess of 80,000 people, which has created a significant market exhibiting favorable retail demographics in regards to growth, age, and disposable income.
