Meals on wheels
This service delivers hot, cold, or frozen nutritious meals to those who have difficulty or are unable to prepare their own meals. Meals can be tailored to meet specific dietary needs. Seniors benefit through social contact and the security of knowing that a volunteer will check on them on delivery days.

Salvation Army - Food Share
According to Food Banks Canada, each month, over 850,000 people turn to food banks for help and more than one-third are children and youth.At many Salvation Army food banks clients select the food they want, similar to shopping at a grocery store. Please bring your own bags.

Terrace Churches' Food Bank
At the Terrace Church’s Food Bank, we believe that in giving, we receive. Your continuous help and support will surely go in a long way in assisting with short-term temporary relief supplies to our own brothers and sisters in our midst. Please be advised that you must bring a valid piece of identification for yourself and for every member of your family, as well as a proof of address in order to receive items. Example of a proof of address could be a piece of mail with the date, or a rental receipt with the date.
