Riverboat Days

Riverboat Days is a community festival organized to showcase the community vitality, culture and especially the heritage of Terrace and area.  This weeklong celebration that begins on the August long weekend has something for everyone including sports events, music, theatre, historical tours and visual arts displays.  The festival’s name commemorates the period when massive sternwheelers, once crucial to the town’s economy, cruised the Skeena River.  Visit the Riverboat Days site for up to date information and a schedule of activities.
